Ashtanga Yoga John Scott

1 hour 40 min practice (think I have been writing 30 min, but I timed it today and its 40)
*headstand with dvd - NO WALL! :)!

As always, an amazing wonderful practice *heart*

Wish i had the time to do this every morning....considering doing the shortened version i did yesterday during the week... we'll see... sigh...
at least summer is coming, and I can do it every morning then!! :)
